COMCAST SURVEY
The Morgan County Commission is in the process of renewing our Comcast Video Franchise agreement. Under the terms of that agreement, Comcast is committed to providing quality video service and prompt attention to the needs of its customers. Before entering into the agreement, the commission is inviting public input from February 16, 2012 through March 15, 2012.

In addition to the comment period, there will be a public hearing on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 1:30pm in the County Commission meeting room at 77 Fairfax St., Berkeley Springs, WV.
NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
The Morgan County Sheriff's Tax Office is now collecting the 2nd half of 2011 taxes, fire fee and ambulance fees at their office located on the first floor in the courthouse.
Taxpayers will be allowed a discount of 2.5% on the second half if paid by March 1, 2012.
The Sheriff and Deputies will be at the Senior Center in Paw Paw on Thursday, February 23, 2012, from 3:00PM to 6:00PM to receive payment on the second half or the full year.
